Is the redesign really free?

Yes. We build your new site first and send you a private link. If it isn't right for you, there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.

Do I need to manage anything myself?

No. There is no dashboard to learn. You send us an email and our team makes the change.

Do you really reply to my Google reviews?

Yes, on the Max plan. Every new review gets a reply within a day, written in your tone. You can read them all and adjust the tone any time.

Can I keep my domain and email?

Yes. We point your domain to the new site and leave your email exactly as it is.

How many changes can I ask for?

On Essential, one request a month: send one message with as many small changes as you like, such as hours, prices, photos or wording. On Max, as many requests as you want, handled one at a time, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

What if I want to leave?

Cancel any time, with no exit fee. Your domain stays yours and we send you your texts and photos. The website itself, its design and its code, comes with the subscription, so it goes offline when you leave.
